We produce a short printed version of the ChristianSat Guide, which you can pass on to those without internet access.
How was this website made?
This website was written from scratch with the help of Liz Castro's book HTML for the World Wide Web, Fifth Edition with XHTML and CSS: Visual QuickStart Guide. It's a cheap and very satisfying way of making a website but takes a lot of time! Where possible, I've avoided Javascript and also used CSS for layout and styling, making this site more accessible to users of non-visual browsers.
If you wish to copy the HTML code and CSS for your own Christian site please do so. You will no doubt adapt the layout and style to make your own site unique.
Printing this website?
Most screens on this site should print onto one or two sheets of A4 paper.
Check by going to File, Print Preview,
and if you see Page 1 of 1 at the top, go ahead and print. If you see Page 1 of 2, you may
be able to reduce the page margins.
Go to File, Page Setup, Margins and reduce the left and right margins
to 7mm and the top and bottom to 10mm. Check Print Preview again to see if it has helped.
